Last week, I published a review of my favorite resort in the world, Soneva Kiri in Thailand. Today, I want to dedicate a special blogpost to the amazing villa that I was upgraded to the Six Bedroom Sunset Ocean View Pool Reserve, which is the most exclusive and largest hotel villa in Asia. The reserve is a magical haven atop the cliffs that comes with a treehouse, gargantuan swimming pool with its own water slide, sunken dining area, spa, gym, steam rooms, games and TV rooms, and fabulous sea & sunset views. Hidden in the jungle, the Six Bedroom Sunset Ocean View Pool Reserve stretches over a hilltop on the western part of the resort. Secluded away in an exceptionally peaceful spot, the Reserve towers over the sea, enjoys a serene atmosphere away from the buzz of the resort, but is only a short 5-minute electric buggy ride away from all the rustic-luxe facilities. The villa’s eco-chic design melts in with the spectacular natural surroundings and adds to the sense of being at one with nature. It features a cluster of pavilions, which are built using local materials, topped with a palm-leaf roof, decked out in stylish bright cushions, and decorated with simple but chic furniture. This is barefoot luxury at its best, albeit in a low-key and environmentally conscious way.

- Separate master bedroom, with walk through dressing area and bathroom with outdoor bathtub, blitz shower, steam room and double vanity.
- Four further en-suite bedrooms with indoor and outdoor showers, bath and personalized deck areas
- Various large terraced areas with sun loungers

- Water slide to swimming pool
- A functional kitchen with storage
- Deck with open plan sitting area and large dining table, leading to a lower pool side area with additional relaxation area
- A separate tree house (children’s room accessible through master bedroom), shower and dressing area with bunk beds and private deck
- Separate spa treatment area
- Separate gym
- Separate steam room, shower and changing room
- Separate entertainment area with 42 inch LCD TV and bathroom area including vanity, shower and luggage area

Another great Six Senses resort. I love how this low-profile hotel chain is making incredible resorts worldwide ! If you didn’t try yet, I recommend you Con Dao and Oman ones !
