On a SWISS flight June 12 from ZRH to LAX, they offered beef both as an appetizer and main menu (in Business, no less) and the food was lukewarm and the coffee even colder. The only good food was a quiche, but they offered one bite and had no seconds. And they managed to throw me out of the business lounge in ZRH, since my card was expired and United neglected to send me a new one. But I got to say, your review was thorough!
